Who can attend VOUSCon?

VOUSCon is open for anyone to attend. Everyone is welcome, from large groups to individual attendees. VOUSCon is designed for people to encounter God, equip the church, and empower next-generation leaders.

When does the event begin and end?

VOUSCon 2025 will be from Thursday June 19th — Saturday June 21st!

When Can I Check In?

Check-in dates and times will be shared in the weeks prior to VOUSCon weekend.

Registration

What is the cost of VOUSCon?

Pricing for VOUSCon varies depending on the time approaching the event. Please note that there are several price breaks leading up to Con, so the sooner you register, the less expensive your ticket will be. The sooner you register, the more you save!

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers your admission to all 3 days of VOUSCon, including main-stage meetings, art spaces, and more. It does not include meals, transportation, or lodging.

Will there be any extra fees?

Your registration fee covers your VOUSCon admission only. You may also want to bring additional funds to purchase VOUSCon merchandise and resources from our sponsors that will be available.

How do I pay with a check?

Our current registration process for individuals and groups is available online only and pay by credit card.

Can registrations be cancelled?

All tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to an available ticket holder.

Do I have to register now, or can I do it at the door?

Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the likely event that VOUSCon sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.

Are there special rates available for large groups?

Yes. Please visit our tickets page for more information on group pricing.

When will I receive my ticket / wristband?

Tickets and wristband information will be shared in the weeks prior to VOUSCon weekend.

Servant Leaders

Who can serve at VOUSCon?

Anyone is welcome to serve on a team at VOUSCon. If you currently serve on a VOUS Team we encourage you to sign up under your current team. If you're new to serving please see the Servant Leader application to discover all serving areas.

How can I apply to serve?

Thank you for your interest in serving at VOUSCon. You can sign up to serve here.

What is the schedule for serving?

Your schedule for VOUSCon will depend on your specific team assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Leader. However, you should be prepared to be available to serve throughout the duration of VOUSCon.

Hospitality

Which airport should attendees fly in to?

There are two major airports in the Miami area which allow easy access to the South Miami area:

• Miami International Airport (12 miles)
• Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (36 miles)

Is there parking available at the Watsco ARENA?

Parking on the University of Miami campus is pay by phone. There are two main parking lots open to the public: Pavia and Merrick. For more parking information please see the visitor’s parking map.

Do you offer valet parking?

No, Valet parking is not available on site.

Is there public transportation available from my hotel to the Watsco Center?

While there is not an official shuttle service, your hotel may offer shuttle services to locations in the South Miami area including the Watsco Arena.

What is the best way to get around Miami?

If you don’t have a car we recommend an Uber or Lyft to get around the city. Uber and Lyft services are popular throughout the area and tend to be lower than taxi prices.

Do VOUSCon attendees have to stay at the hotel listed?

VOUSCon attendees are welcome to stay at whatever hotel they choose in the greater Miami area. Our hotels listed on Plan Your Stay are based on proximity and price.

Other

What is there to do between sessions?

There are endless things to do in the Coral Gables area, here are just a few:

• Go shopping! The Shops at Sunset Place are in walking distance from the Watsco Center. You may also go to the Shops at Merrick Park just up the road for shops and dining!

• Go to the park! Coconut Grove and Vizcaya Gardens are minutes away from the Watsco Center. Each have beautiful sceneries and nature of Miami.

Where can I eat during VOUSCon?

The Watsco Arena is located in close proximity to many restaurants. You won’t have any trouble finding well-known and local restaurants such as Shake Shack, Lime Mexican Grill, and Starbucks.
